Project Description
Using fluid streams for agitation of dangerous exothermic reactions as well as within nuclear reactors is more efficient, easy to do, and simple to construct. Discarding mechanical stirrers simplifies the machinery and lowers its cost. It can stir and cool at the same time. It is the best-known solution to control exothermic reactions by controlling internal operational conditions, especially temperature and pressure, compared to mechanical stirring tools. Multiple programmable solenoid valves are provided to control injection of the aeration coolant. Several chromel-alumel thermocouples were supported within the reaction vessel at different heights. A controller is provided to communicate with the temperature sensor and each programmable. The electrical flaps may be programmed to open and close based on predefined software instructions, and they block the flowgas when closed. Accordingly, different forms of streams can be designed to make a vortex or stir the liquids found in the reaction vessel. The potential application of this invention is for stirring liquids in all manufacturing processes safely and cheaper.
The gas injection inlets include a directional end that permits the ejection of gas/air perpendicular to the axis of the reactor vessel to thereby agitate the reaction composition present in the reactor vessel under vortex conditions.
